All-Academic Teams for the 2023 NCAA Division I Women's Track & Field seasons were announced on Thursday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Senior sprinter and hurdler Vanessa Gunderson was named to the 2023 Summit League Outdoor Track & Field Academic All League Team that was announced today. Gunderson, a Neuroscience major, registered a 4.00 GPA this year in the classroom.

The Mavericks wrapped up the 2023 outdoor season in Fargo, N.D. at the Summit League Championships.
